Fantasy Errata

-- Yeah, so this Jayson Werth guy, he may not be sitting on the bench anymore.

-- Carlos Quentin stole his fourth base. Hmm ... 35/10?

-- Chris Young basically looks like shit anywhere but PETCO. He's getting close to a spot-starter everywhere else.

-- Alfonso Soriano isn't looking too shabby. Not too shabby at all. Hope you listened to us and bought low.

-- There's no buying low on Geovany Soto. You're looking at the number-one catcher off the board next year. That shot today was an absolute, no-doubt-about-it bomb. Who's going to hit a homer first, Joe Mauer or Victor Martinez? I've gots to know! Victor Martinez's slump is completely inexplicable. Or is it?

-- Joakim Soria: two runs allowed. It's just Billy Wagner and B.J. Ryan in the "no earned runs allowed while actually pitching regularly" club.

-- Joe Nathan is quietly dominant again. He was totally worth trading for one year of A.J. Pierzynski. Heck, you can even toss in Francisco Liriano and Boof Bonser. S.F.'s mastermind, Peter Magowan, announced his retirement from baseball operations today. About five fucking years too late.

-- Poor Andre Ethier. My heart goes out to you, man. You're wasting your best baseball years on the bench due to the absolutely god-awful general managing of Ned Colletii.

-- Eric Byrnes looks like he's never going to sniff at 20/20 again, let alone 20/50. How completely inexplicable. Or not.

Funny cus I offered soria for soto the other day and got laughed at by the Soto owner.

at least Johjima is coming around. Nothing like a Texas road trip to help your game

I've seen enough of Soto to feel confident he's a special offensive talent. His OPS since being recalled last September is 1.067.
